We have rules and regulations that should be followed by all participants.

There is available parking on the rooftop & underground for a fee of $10
|
NO UNLOADING IN FRONT OF BUILDING!
You can only unload from the rooftop parking lot. A.The area in front of all buildings and all exits must be maintained free of parking or storage. B. All exits must be maintained readily accessible at all times. C. All aisle ways to exits shall be maintained free and clear at all times. Aisle ways to exits shall not be blocked at any time by tables, chairs, benches or other obstructions. |
All draperies, backdrops, bunting and other decorations must be flame-proofed. All paper and other flimsy materials for decorative purposes, including flameproofed paper are prohibited.
The use of a heavy cardboard shall be permitted in limited amounts. |

The facility (COBO Center) and/or event organizers
(AVOC Services, LLC and Kenerly Presents...) may ask participants to leave and have them removed from the premises if anyone displays extreme disruptions or violent behavior. |
For single author tables, only 2 people can sit at a table. For publishing tables, no more than 4 people are allowed to be seated. The same rules apply to vendor tables: 2 people at single vendor tables and 4 people at group vendor tables.

The Motor City Book Experience Organizers will not supply Participants with change to give to customers. All Participants should have their own card readers to take credit or debit card charges. |
Detail Ten
If you have large displays, please contact the Motor City Book Experience organizers by email or message on Facebook. We will assign end tables accordingly by August 13, 2016. Please only bring one large display per table. We do not want to block another participants table. If you do not have an end table, you may have one large display behind your seat but not blocking another participants seat. |
Refund Information
Refunds will be given, but a percentage will be subtracted.
Those who received special pricing prior to the Early Bird Special, will only receive 50% of table price.
All others (including Early Bird Special) will receive a refund minus 30% of table cost.
Only 50% of the purchase of table costs will be given back to all participants starting June 1, 2016.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN after JULY 31, 2016!
*Please allow up to 30 days for a refund return.
